CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to reschedule - you must contact me at least 48hrs in advance to transfer the deposit to a new booking. The rescheduled booking must take place within 3 weeks of the original session.

• If you need to reschedule travel plans - you must contact me at least 72hrs in advance to transfer the deposit, minus any cancellation fees, to your new booking. The rescheduled travel plans must occur within 60 days of the original itinerary.

Should you need to cancel our booking completely - please contact me immediately, but understand that you will be forfeiting your deposit, in full.

• In the rare case that I must cancel, your deposit is 100% refundable - or should you prefer, I can hold the deposit, applying it to a future session.
